This infographic shows how the healthiest people became well... the healthiest people. Given that I am half Japanese I'm hoping to live to at least 100 years old. So I think the secret is- Water. Fish and regular walking. That's doable, I think.

New Slang
I swear there is something about New Slang that manages to make me feel like everything is going to be okay. Might be Natalie Portmans smile in that particular scene in The Garden State. But when all else fails just play this song- it's all going to be okay.

I know I know...
Hi all!
I'm so sorry, I know I have been MIA for 3 months now. What the heck, cannot believe I haven't touched upon this for that long. Lot's has been happening but obvs that's no excuse...
So summer has come and gone in a blink of an eye and I am now in full time placement mode (since July) and not returning to uni till Sept 2013. Official title: Online PR executive. Yep, working full time is exciting, and I actually really like the routine. I like saying good morning to the familiar commuters in the morning and having the excuse "Sorry I can't come out, I've got work in the morning."- because we all know I'm a hermit at heart. But I think the real reason why I haven't been blogging much is because I sit in front of a dual screen monitor (fancy, I know) all day and when I get home I hardly even turn my laptop on.
I've also moved into a new house (10 doors down from my old place), a house full of girls no less! They are all so amazing and I can't wait for the rest of the year. Will be an interesting change seeing as the I have mostly lived with only guys for the last 2 years.
I promise I will be making up for lost time in the next few weeks!

Watch The Throne
Last month I went to see Jay-z & Kanye on their Watch The Throne tour with my good friend Josephine- check out her webite here (http://www.panda-fresh.com/) at the O2 arena in London. It was the best concert everrrrr. To see what we saw you would've had to go to 3 seperate concerts. Their solo bits were UNREAL- track list was out of this world!! SOSOSOSOSO good!!
